Confidence needs evidence. I’m interested in checks that help us trust what an agent actually did.

Agent memory systems

Useful context should outlast a session. I’m exploring how agents remember, retrieve, and question what they know.

Engineers and AI agents share the work. My focus is making ownership, judgment, and verification part of the way we build.

  1. 2016–17

    Industrial robotics

    An ABB arm, PLCs, and software that moved things in the physical world.

  2. 2017–22

    Drone autopilot software

    First, CI/CD and verification lead. Then, software manager for computer vision, leading 15–20 engineers.

  3. 2022–today

    CTO at Hamelyn

    Leading an engineering team where AI agents do part of the work. Thinking about how people and agents build well together.
